Each accommodation has several photos and a very precise description. The reservation conditions are also displayed for each type and for the dates you entered. The Ind. bed or large double bed option is also displayed, as is the payment.

In general, the rates are set and put online in the 6 months before the beginning of the next season: November-December for winter and December-January for summer to follow.

Therefore, you can anticipate or wait for an earlier date, or even at the last minute. In the latter case, everything will depend on the availability on the day of your consultation.

Not under this name, but on our official website by clicking on "Offers", we sometimes propose (only at the last minute) a more interesting price on an accommodation with the mention " non refundable ".
Our rates are also established with a degressivity for week packages.

For 2023, we have set up a reservation by chalet or apartment number. By looking at the map of the 17 chalets Panoramic Village has, you can locate yourself.
PRECISION: The chalets in the upper row are appreciated for their overhanging location close to the mountain pastures. However, the ones in the lower rows are more convenient. They are ideal for those who are not comfortable with stairs or a climb.

For our future and new clients: Please note that each model has a similar layout and that its orientation and panoramic view are identical. So you are assured that you will not be disadvantaged by staying in a chalet or another with the same room or apartment model.

IMPORTANT :Any person having real difficulties of mobility must warn us beforehand. Some cottages require the use of stairs, otherss not !

You have booked directly: you have to contact us by mail or by phone.

If you have made an online reservation on Booking, Expedia or other, you must use this channel again by connecting to your reservation with your access codes and reservation number. The modalities are specific to each channel.

However, please note that during high season and in accordance with our general sales conditions, some requests cannot be taken into account. The same applies to a reduction in the length of the stay booked. Depending on the date of its consideration and in all cases for the high season (Winter and July + August), it will not be possible to reduce the price initially agreed.

Not systematically, because our policy of reception filters so that there are only some at the same time and provided that its size and its race are accepted.

Only dogs can be welcomed (1 per accommodation). No cats due to allergy problems.
Because of this, they are not allowed on other online sites.

A daily supplement of 7,50 €/day is required and a weekly flat rate of 50 € for weekly stays (prorated beyond 7 days, if less than 14 days).

A reservation formally commits us to allocate you an accommodation. In return, the consumer code authorizes the payment of a deposit constituting the commitment of the beneficiary. This commitment is then governed by our conditions of sale and cancellation, which can be consulted on our site in the module "Book" module & by clicking on a choice of stay.

At Panoramic Village we practice this reciprocity of commitment and the payment of a deposit for a reservation to be firm and definite. The amount of the deposit is indicated in our reservation module.

A reservation is final once the deposit is paid and the reservation is confirmed.
An e-mail, fax (or letter if you don't have one) from us is therefore essential. If you have not received a written confirmation of your reservation, please contact us as soon as possible!
A reservation made by telephone without confirmation, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the establishment, will not be acquired. In this case, we reserve the right not to keep the assigned accommodation.

The reciprocal commitment of a reservation is based on the sharing of risk and the ability to turn around, being specified that it is almost impossible (especially in high season), to find a reservation on the same dates, which corresponds exactly to the type of room that would be canceled.
These conditions apply to any reservation made on our site, online or by phone and which is then confirmed by mail (or failing that, by another agreed method).

"Any stay started is due", according to the reservation made and confirmed.

In case of shortened stay at the time of arrival or in case of early departure from Panoramic Village (not agreed upon before the beginning of the stay), we will charge the remaining nights at the price indicated on your reservation confirmation.

We are an independent structure. Each last minute cancellation or early departure causes a certain prejudice, because we are located in a village, outside the traffic of the road.
The passage is non-existent and will not be able to constitute a stay of replacement following a defection, as much as the anticipated reservations of a few days (mainly on line) became the rule. To fall back on the same dates in 2 other stays is illusory.

BANK CARD : We prefer the bank card or the transfer, with a preference for the card because of the insurance which is attached to it with the " Premium " cards.
With a credit card, we are able to confirm your reservation on the spot and by email within the hour (or automatically online).
After a phone call, a link for a secure payment on a HTTPS site is sent to you by email and we are immediately informed of your payment order received via email. (This is also the case for an online reservation from our website).

CHEQUES: They are no longer accepted. A check to be received by mail within 72 hours minimum, a collection that takes so many days does not allow to block certainly an accommodation. Especially in high season if the availability is reduced.
We therefore refuse this method of payment, for a stay in very high season or a reservation close to the date of arrival.

A transfer is also possible with our RIB to be sent to you, on request or by check with our agreement depending on the period for the reason mentioned above.

CASH: A payment on the spot is possible within the legal limit of 1 000 €. This method requires a " pre-authorization ", less than D-30, for the deposit. It does not debit your account but blocks the amount entered. An Adhoc form will therefore guarantee the stay with your credit card. This pre-authorization is our guarantee and will be able, in application and in respect of the conditions of sale, to become an effective and definitive cashing. This modality supposes a preliminary exchange.

HOLIDAY CHEQUES:Ourestablishment no longer accepts them and the dematerialization now causes a % on important sums, with no relation to those of a payment by bank card. As these cheques can be used for a wider range of purposes, the holders will not be penalized by this position on our part.

The balance of the reserved stay is to be paid at D-30 of the beginning of the stay and the tourist tax on the spot at the arrival by adjusting the latter if necessary.
The deposit already paid at the time of reservation is deducted from the balance payment.

Without catering, the agreed base of a stay at the time of your reservation does not change. There are no unknowns.

We proceed in this way because 95% of the payments are made by card, with in general a debit at the end of the month for the holder. This method avoids any problem of payment on the spot for a remote management (impossible some days).
