Accessible housing for people with reduced mobility or walking difficulties?
Some apartments and cottages, such as No. 8 (801), No. 17 (171), and No. 901, offer easy access to the ground floor of the cottage via a single step.
However, the bathrooms are equipped with bathtubs only (with a shower function and rain showerhead).
Several other lodgings are accessible without taking stairs: Pedestrian path only (Chalets n° 18, N°9, floor of n°19, chalets 14 & 15). It is advisable to indicate this to us at the time of reservation or to ask us.
Do you have a WiFi connection?
Unlimited free Wi-Fi. Just enter the network name and password (you’ll receive these at the front desk on the day of your arrival). Our “hotspot” may not always be able to handle downloading or streaming large videos.
Are linens provided?
Sheets and towels are provided, and the beds are made. For Apartment Hotel rentals, towels are changed once a week. Sheets are changed for stays of at least two consecutive weeks, along with a cleaning of the bathroom.
What are the facilities in the apartments?
All the apartments listed are described as “ fully furnished and move-in ready ." Each apartment generally includes dishes, basic kitchen appliances for simple cooking (refrigerator-freezer, 3-burner glass-ceramic stove), blankets, pillows, and more. Any additional equipment is listed in the apartment description. We can also provide assistance if needed.
Is the kitchen equipped?
All the kitchens are equipped with the necessary: dishes, kitchen utensils and appliances(refrigerator, hotplates, microwave, dishwasher). None of the apartments have a washing machine.
What stores are open on Sunday?
In the resort, all the shops are open on Sundays and 7 days a week. This is the case of the Alp'servit mini-market in the center of the village with a butchery and cheese department. Fresh bread and pastries in addition to the bakery.
Is there a market?
There is a market in La Grave every Thursday morning. It is larger in the summer, from around July 1 to August 20.
A farmers’ market is held on Sunday mornings 3 km away, heading toward the base of the pass—it is very popular.
Are there washing machines? How do you do it?
Residents of Panoramic-Village rarely need to do a full load of laundry. To meet their needs, each unit is equipped with everything needed to wash small items (socks, underwear, etc.)—a basin, clothespins, and a drying rack above the bathtub.
For a full load of laundry, a self-service laundromat is located 200 meters away in the village center (Miele equipment).
We have bikes, where can we put them?
You can store them in our closed bike room and on your balcony or terrace.
Are barbecues allowed on terraces?
No, because it would cause a lot of discomfort to your neighbors due to the thermal breeze in the summer. The only exception is the electric grill, which you can bring along and use at Panoramic-village.
Otherwise, each accommodation is equipped with a raclette and stone grill.
Do you have baby equipment?
Yes, on request and within the limit of our stock (baby bed paying), loan of baby chair, changing mat, bottle warmer.
Do you offer a breakfast service?
NO. This service has been discontinued since the "Formule Hôtel" program ended in late 2022.
For GROUP bookings, this service may only be scheduled in advance and may be temporarily reinstated on a dedicated basis.
Is it possible to print documents?
Yes. For print jobs of 2–3 pages or fewer (free of charge). A price list for this service is available at the front desk. Service is available only from 9:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Are garbage bags and toilet paper provided?
Yes, because a starter kit is included. It also includes dish soap and dishwasher detergent for one week. Paper towels are not included.
However, for stays longer than 3 nights, you should bring extra toilet paper and 50-60-liter trash bags.
