- Highway LYON-GRENOBLE : direction SISTERON then exit 7, direction BRIANCON. Then follow VIZILLE, pass through BOURG D'OISANS, 25 km later, you arrive at La Grave : Grenoble-La Grave 75 km (or 75 min if traffic is normal).
- Highway TURIN - direction France Le Fréjus : exit OULX, direction Sestrière-Briançon. Col du Mongenèvre-Briancon, then Col du Lautaret, 10 km down to La Grave. TURIN-BRIANCON-LA GRAVE : 175 km = 2h45
- Freeway AIX MARSEILLE- SISTERON-GAP : exit at the end of the temporary freeway near GAP (turn right to cross TALLARD). Take the RN on the right to go through BRIANCON then the Col du Lautaret
