Spa-Sauna : Afternoon sessions only between 4:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. – By reservation
Swimming Pools : The pool areas are normally a peaceful space within the hotel, and any disturbances are monitored to be minimized immediately. Swimming is available from 10:00 AM until 7:30 PM at the end of the day , which is sunset.
The pools are no longer accessible in the evening as the area is closed and fenced off ( mandatory safety standards).
Additionally, at an altitude of 1,500 meters, the pools must be covered outside of heatwave periods.

We recommend that our clients always shower before entering the pools. Cotton shorts are not allowed. This is for reasons of hygiene and water quality.

Remember to bring your own towel. Those of your accommodation not having this destination.
However, if this is the case, you will have to take it with you after your swim.

The Panoramic-Village swimming pool area has a good 15 sunbeds + 6 armchairs on the 3 beaches + 1 terrace, for a peak of attendance observed in high summer of about 25-30 people. Other chairs and armchairs are available on the adjoining terrace (15 places).

There is therefore no need to“reserve” them while you are away byleaving your towel and/or personal belongings there. As long as you are present in this area, you are free to use them—whether you’re swimming, spending time at the bar (or elsewhere), or stepping away to go back to your accommodation.

We need to be a little more vigilant following reports of inconsiderate behavior: In particular, we ask that you refrain from making calls on your cell phone in this area and from playing music that disturbs the peace and quiet of others.

The water areas are reserved EXCLUSIVELY for Panoramic-Village residents. Since our sun loungers and beach areas are limited in number and size, we are also unable to make an exception to the regulations requiring alifeguardif the area were not exclusively reserved for our guests.

And during peak season, we keep a close eye on anyobvious “rowdiness”to contain or stop it as quickly as possible.

As soon as they open at 10:00 a.m., the temperature is guaranteed to be around 23–24°C and rises slightly on the hottest sunny days.

Experience has shown that, at high altitudes, if the outdoor temperature during the day falls below 17°C (or in case of bad weather), it is necessary to keep the pools closed during the day. Otherwise, the water would cool down despite the heating (heat loss would exceed heat gain). Taking this precaution ensures that the pools can be reopened when the temperature is suitable.
