Ground floor:

1 living room with fireplace, dining area and equipped kitchen opening onto a panoramic terrace.

2 sofa-beds (real beds), on either side of the fireplace, separate toilet - 1

Room with double bed 180 x 200 (or 2 beds), with its bathroom + separate toilet

On the first floor: 1 large bedroom with balcony - 2 beds (or double bed on request), its bathroom with window and separate toilet. The second room with balcony & double bed 160 x 200 is topped by a mezzanine with 2 beds 90 x 200.

Private bathroom and separate toilet.

So 6 people on the first floor + 2 in the bedroom on the ground floor + 1 in the bed of the living room (sofa in extra in case).

Chalet ideal for 6 to 7 people (up to 9).
All the rooms and the living room are south facing, with a view on the Meije massif and its glaciers.

Radiant floor heating on the ground floor and radiant panel heating upstairs, flat screen TV in the living room + 1 TV upstairs.

Ventilation by direct air inlet, without filter, and VMC in the sanitary facilities.
